The ability to work from home office.

Management changed required hours to include weekends without informing appraisers, contacts changed without notification, it's never clear who you are to report to. Never any positive feedback just rude rude calls. Promises of bonuses and quarterly meetings that never took place in 4 years time. Basically no positive incentives or appreciation for appraisers.
