You work in an interesting and dynamic multicultural environment. There is a strong focus on doing what is right for the patients.
Cons
There is a severe lack of IT investment. Their clinic business (as opposed to their medical services business) gets little if any investment attention. There is a bit of antagonism between physicians working in clinic and admin. Physicians treated like sales people, asked to do a lot of uncompensated work to "promote the brand" or with the expectation that it will build a patient base, but evaluations do not include any of those activities, and there is no effect on salary. There is little oversight of physician practice patterns. Lip service given to quality is not matched by any audit process of physician practices.
