Good pay but disorganised - T Cart Operator, Dunnage, Stacker International Paper Employee Review

Trainings isn't the best. I've worked at Tesla and the training is vastly better. Shifts can change anytime so you will work 1 shift for 3 months and then they will change it. No notice from management when it comes to last minute shift changes. I was let go because they never let me know I had to come in the next day. They would day the shift would be posted. Sometimes the shift would not be dated correctly.
