Excellent workplace culture. Room to work independently. Warm, welcoming, and friendly peers and staff. Adult students are self-motivated to attend and learn.
This was a great side gig for me while I was working a (low-paying) full time job. The pay here was fair for the work and helped me to make ends meet. I worked at the front desk on evenings and some weekends and loved meeting the many people who were taking courses and made some lifelong friends here. A huge bonus was getting free language courses as part of employment. It was calm and cheerful and moderately easy work.
Cons
It takes a few weeks to get used to some of the systems in place in the office, but once you learn them, things run very smoothly.
