      Pros

      Participated on a long-term on-site implementation project for IDI on an overseas assignment. The company is extremely accommodating to make the transition is a seamless as possible. Additionally, to do a good job of trying to match the team members so that they can work with each other and get along personally off the job site.

      Cons

      The company is been dependent on contractors for short and long term site assignments, so there are limited career opportunities with the company, if that is a major consideration for working with a firm.
