Pros

Made some friends since they really only hire college grads so you start with people around your age

Cons

- They refer to their contract workers by derogatory names and teach you to call them those names in training - Culture is centered around partying - Was told "it's not a normal week unless you cry once" - 0 work-life balance. You are expected to work overtime all the time and you are always being micromanaged. - Extremely high turnover rate. This is why they only hire college grads because they're easy hires and they hire multiple at once since so many people quit within a few months. Each semester they will hire a new group of people since so many quit within a few months - Account managers will be rude to you as well as senior leadership - Promotions only become available when someone quits an account management job so there is basically a line to get a promotion and you have no choice but to wait behind whoever they pick first - If you have any problems, go to HR. They will do anything to sweep things under the rug and save their account managers from getting in trouble even when they should report it to HR
