- Promotions only become available when someone quits an account management job so there is basically a line to get a promotion and you have no choice but to wait behind whoever they pick first
- If you have any problems, go to HR. They will do anything to sweep things under the rug and save their account managers from getting in trouble even when they should report it to HR
