It appears that you were contractor with a company that was acquired by Intermedia, and your contract ended with that company prior to our acquisition of it. Hopefully you have found a position that is more to your liking and we wish you well in your future endeavors.

Pros

Intermedia has consistently adapted to changes in the industry and evolved its product portfolio and focus over time. Having been here through many phases of the company, I have seen firsthand how the organization continues to learn, adjust, and move forward while staying grounded in its values. The company is genuinely employee-centric. You are encouraged to share ideas, speak up, and contribute, and those contributions are valued. One of the strongest indicators of Intermedia’s culture is how long people stay. Many employees have been with the company for ten years or more, which speaks to the trust, stability, and sense of belonging that exists here. Executive leadership is transparent and inclusive, and the HR team provides a wide range of resources that support employees both professionally and personally. Hard work is recognized through annual merit increases, bonuses, and opportunities to grow into new roles or advance within the organization.

Cons

The technology and communications industry is constantly changing, and like many companies, Intermedia faces ongoing market and competitive pressures. These realities can sometimes lead to shifting priorities, fast-moving initiatives, or periods of increased workload as the business adapts. That said, even during more challenging times, I have consistently felt supported. Leadership communicates openly about the realities we face, and there is a strong sense of teamwork across the organization. Colleagues at every level are willing to step in, collaborate, and help one another, which makes navigating industry pressures feel manageable and shared rather than isolating.
