The most recent Reviews here were flagrantly concocted by content developers, since they pertain to fictitious jobs for the locations they are supposed to be at! Perhaps to offset complaints from actual employees. Selling at Interline is an interesting job, every price quote is negotiable, which is exciting and fast-paced; clients like Interline so it's easy to maintain and build your territory. Very good pay and commissions.
Cons
Micro management by superiors, monthly second-guessing about your sales versus profit margins. One month it's get your sales up (by cutting margins), next month it's get your margins up (and watch your sales drop)
