I've only had good experiences with this company.

This company has great employees/coworkers, which make for a good workplace environment. It also has a creative workspace. Interface produces high-quality products/videos that employees should be proud to share. I was always happy to say I worked at this company because it has respect in the region and because of the great work we produced.

Interface has slightly low pay relative to the industry. The leadership is not very diverse and doesn't produce diverse ideas, and the leadership/company structure isn't always well defined. The leadership has a hard time changing with the times. There's also no true HR department, and this has been a huge problem for employees (and one pointed out to management).
