My time at IEAP was nothing short of amazing! Management really works hard to foster a safe, caring and structured place to work, learn and grow. The work/life balance was also an amazing perk.
Good company doing good work. Employees are good to work with and care about doing a good job. Very supportive of employees. They were not micro managers. Delivers a good product with excellent customer service.
Cons
The economy has hit them really hard and Stand alone EAP's are being run out of business by big insurance. So small has difficulty competing with big insurance.
