My experience at InterEx Group has been fantastic. I came to the organization wanting more out of myself and more purpose and room for success and growth in my career and that is exactly what I got. After I felt that I had potential, but didn't know where to begin to channel it, InterEx Group gave me that opportunity. From a collaborative, open relationship with my manager where I am trusted and valued to the CEO taking care into individuals performance, there leadership is truly unmatched. I first heard of the organization from a podcast where I was inspired by the CEO's story and upon joining, I saw first hand, he is exactly who he says he is and truly cares about the organization and the incredible vision he is creating. On top of this, I found the organization was littered with inspiring human beings from top sales consultants to leadership across all offices that all are looking to help and support if you are willing to show that you care and want to grow yourself and are willing to take the necessary steps to get there.

If you do not want to work hard, do not have good work ethic, passion, hunger to develop, then this is not the company for you. If you can not handle constructive criticism or wish to self review, self reflect, and hold yourself accountable when needed, also not for you.

There is not a single pro to this company.

This organization ruined my life for 6 months (and then some). The leaders are toxic and it’s an extremely hostile work environment. They had to shut down the NYC office cause their reputation in New York recruitment was THAT bad. CEO is an absolute narcissist, if you don’t drink the koolaid you’re out. Any “good review” you see is written by marketing. They monitor your LinkedIn so it’s impossible to interview or look for other jobs, you’re trapped. If you value your mental/physical and overall well being, run as fast as you possibly can from this disgrace of an organization.
