Opportunity to learn new technologies. Very friendly atmosphere to work with. Co-workers are eager to help and management is always there to listen you. Supportive staff, hr is like a family you never feel pressure.
President of the company is the best boss I have ever worked in my career, he is just a friend of all. Managers follow all the new technologies and help stuff to get involved. New investments which company makes on SDN should be appropriated it is all done for staff to learn without any contract .
Cons
In each and every company somebody can have personal issues and problems but it can not be applied to whole company. There can be an issue time to time but the best way to solve it is talk to President on time.
