Pros

So, it is a great company to start your career. It has a great office, with some perks like free food and lots of internal confraternizations.
Cons
There is 0 on boarding process, have to carve your way in. Trainings are shallow and most are just business case advertisement. You either have the same work methodologies as they have, or your are not a good fit. There is high turnover rate, may be due to the high demand which is not matched to the salary or that leadership wants you to read their minds. Very competitive environment, you have to watch your back although the friendly faces. Company has no processes standardized and sells what ever they can. Promises are done, but not fulfilled.
