If you really want to ruin your career then only join IA. People shout & slang on the floor. No training no upskilling, just for the whole life in a very old fashion way you need to work on excel. Clients as well slang on zoom call near everyone. Before joining I am very excited as IA is in Digital since long but as I entered I saw a pathetic world. No leadership at all. You will be made to work on weekends and late evenings. NO Work life banlance. If you really want to taste a typical Lala company then only join here.
