Pros
• Strong and clear core values. The company is honest since the beginning about its core values and overall sight for the future. I’m new here, but so far, they have been committed to their speech. • They sure know how to recognise and gratify good work. • They sure know how to recognise and not continue with bad work. It may look harsh, but I prefer to work in a pushy environment, it’s better for the future. • They trust you. You are your own boss. You make your own time. As long as results are given, I saw no irrational charges. • Remote work. • Organised. Tons of guidelines and detailed onboarding process. • It was my first international job. Had zero problems with that. They were super understanding with the language barrier. • Growing business.
Cons
• You work far away from each other. Since Covid began, we had no chance to meet in person. A lack fo daily physical partnership can be difficult, but the daily routine can fix that. • There are lots of room for improvement, in a general overview. Mostly on visual graphic wise. (but maybe this a positive thing… that is why we are hired for)
