Referred by a former colleague and was guided through the recruitment process with Rae Ratna - overall an incredibly positive experience! Rae was extremely supportive and moved the process along very efficiently - she made sure I was aware of the expectations of the role, the team, and Interac as a whole, and ensured that I had all the information I needed to understand who I would be interviewing with, and what they would be looking for during the interview process so that my actual interviews were productive, efficient, and focused on the right areas. Overall Rae delivered one of the most positive recruitment experiences I've ever had, and I feel fortunate to have had her facilitate this part of my journey.
