      Pros

      I really did like the people there, they were all smart, passionate and good people. There were many who had been with the company for a number of years and truly love the company. Flexible hours (depending on the projects of course).

      Cons

      If you want to move up the ranks fast, this may not be the company for you. The hours can be long when you're working on a project, but when there isn't much going on it's very flexible (I've seen people go shopping for groceries during break (which can sometimes last up to 2.5hours - that being said, when it's busy, they'll stay to 9 or 10pm and be working on the weekends).

      Senior manager friendly and accessible. Possibilities to travel and/or work from home.

      Cons

      Sometimes rigid policies coming from parent company. Corporate culture not overly exciting.

      Pros

      Interesting clients and challenging projects. Workplace flexibility, including the ability to work from home (or anywhere) as long as you are a disciplined worker.

      Cons

      No real management to speak of. You are very much on your own in determining your projects and career path.
