      Good equipment and some decent innovations

      Cons

      Very high turnover up and down the organization, people are treated as expendable/replaceable. Autocratic from the top. Very little upper level vision and communication.

      Free lunch every Wednesday, double time overtime pay, friendly coworkers, decent benefits, plenty of opportunity to work overtime

      Cons

      Lots of mandatory overtime, poor work/life balance, inconsistent supervisors/managers, small opportunity for promotions and moving up the ladder, oftentimes dishonest leaders, low-functioning machines, poor maintenance, little training, questionable safety procedures
