I have enjoyed working with the ownership team at InterActive Circle, and all of the partner companies. InterActive Assist, Promoted Brand, String & Cans, and Crafted Pitch. Such amazing leadership across the board. They have put together a full digital platform that makes our jobs as business developers mere story telling rather than selling. Unbelievably excited about where things are headed.
Cons
We could use some more diversity. While the teams are amazing and growing what seems like daily, the ability to bring in some qualified diversity, to add more perspective to the culture will be a great next step.
