Pros
You get to work on actual projects as its an on-sit job, something new will come up on a regular basis and you never know which day will be hectic.
Cons
Bit more "work" oriented as in people are a lot more serious here than my last co-op, not as many cultural evets or gatherings for coworkers. No hope for a return offer upon graduation.
