The work environment here is deeply toxic and demoralizing. One of the most troubling issues is the blatant theft of credit for work done by colleagues in order to impress senior VPs. Unfortunately, the leadership seems indifferent to the original contributors, allowing this kind of misconduct to go unchecked. Moreover, the leadership is out of touch with the daily realities of the team. Instead of fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, they seem more interested in perpetuating a rat race, where only the loudest voices get heard, and genuine contributions are overlooked. The leaders' arrogance and indifference only exacerbate the toxic culture, making it an unpleasant and unproductive place to work. I would strongly advise anyone considering a position here to think twice.
