Incredible erosion of culture at the company resulting from new management after a hostile takeover. New management does not listen to its employees and has unreasonable expectations of staff. Business is beginning to experience incredible turnover as a result. After 2 years of fully remote work, management has forced everyone back to the office permanently with no option for any flexible or hybrid work. Remaining employees are being asked to work significant overtime to clean up management's mess. This combined with months of uncertainty, ghost layoffs, and condescension from management has driven many of their most loyal employees to bitterness and ultimately walking away from the business. Morale is currently the lowest I've ever seen at any company.
