Pay is good in regards to industry standards, comprehensive benefits Doesn't have big company feel

Annual pay raise was based on market performance, not on company performance when i was there. Office politics is bit bad in the Edmonton field office, Calgary office i heard was better. Promotion is based on seniority, not on merit. "If it is not broken why fix it" attitude is pervasive across the Edmonton field office which stifles any kind of innovation, improvisation or creativity.
