      Pros

      Flexibility with scheduling. Very easy to get assistance with any issues that may arise. Daily pay is great for those that may be struggling . Supervisors and admin are very understanding and approachable.

      Cons

      Some sites need more secure measures. Need more armed positions. The “protocol” when theres an incident should change

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
