      The paycheck really is the only reason to work for this company.

      Cons

      The leadership is horrible. Management doesn’t care about retaining employees. The work schedule is by far the worst I have ever worked, and the management refuses to do anything to try and fix it.

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
