      Give you all the tools you need to do your job and the freedom to get it done. Doesn't matter what position someone is in everyone is willing to help. Everyone always checking on you and making sure that you are not overwhelmed with work and if you are they will pitch in to get it done.

      The management works way too much lol go home people.

      Only pro is being salaried

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
