      Pros

      Leaving before they screwed everyone.

      Cons

      The investor group came in, gave money and jobs to family and friends knowing they were going to sell. Took what they could, bounced checks, didn’t pay temps. Allowed staff to work with Covid. Didn’t give raises if you weren’t related or married to the owners.

      Flexible hours and good pay rates

      Cons

      Disorganized between Recruitment and the Project Managers. Management team unresponsive about new project status after they call you to inquire if your intrested.
