They do not just let you sit in one spot for years if you are ambitious about moving up into more senior engineering roles. Cutting-Edge Gear: You are not just doing basic maintenance. I got to touch some really interesting tech like encrypted networks and AI solutions, which kept the day-to-day from getting stale. Solid Pay and 401k: The salary was competitive for the Vegas market, and the safe harbor 401k match is a huge plus because you are immediately vested.
