There’s nothing good to say about the pros and needs a lot of improvement.
Cons
Sets unrealistic targets for new joiners. Our batch had a total of 14 people, out of which only 1 is left, so you know how this company basically is. Most 3rd-class company I've ever seen. Supervisors are on top, showing their attitude. They don't even try to help their teammates when they face problems during work; instead, they mock or laugh at them. There are no fixed salaries. They don't provide medical leaves, but they make sure to cut the daily wage if we take even a single leave. Politics is so much here. Please don't join this company, no matter how much in need you are.
