      Pros

      The mostly support unless there is another ramp, then all focus will shift to that and you are left to devices. It’s a great starting place but growth is limited.

      Cons

      Leadership is finicky, it’s the image of support with little action behind it.

      Pros

      Salary was reasonable, they didn't breath over your shoulder as long as you were doing your job. Rest of the team was competent

      Cons

      They laid me off for financial reasons (their words) with less than a day's notice. The job was mostly fine, but the offloading was done very poorly
