All positive 5/4 star reviews are management sponsored. Internal managememt pushes employees to give good glassdoor reviews. Overall, Management is pathetic. Micro-management, rude and abusive language. Constant threating by managememt to fire people. Business model of company is to take on aggressive deadlines at the cost of employees' weekends and nights. Manager can "activate" ur weekend for work anytime without consulting you and act proud of it. Don't work here unless u r a fresher or don't have a job. Not good for people with families. Even the company HR is apologetic of the company culture and are very well a part of it, behind the scenes.
