Pros
The typical work environment in the service industry can be exhausting. Challenges range from proving you worth to being verbally assaulted daily by peers all for the means to make money or improve status. Integrity Tree is a respectful, encouraging, uplifting environment. When times are tough the team pulls together to help each other out instead of corner and attack for personal gain.
Cons
We all could be better at listening and seeking to understand each other at times. The one thing that we share with other companies is that we employ imperfect people, and where ever people are there are challenges. One thing i see is that topics can be discussed and deliberated on when not all the right people are in the room. This can lead to speculation and assumptions being made. Even if no one had bad intentions it can unfortunately lead the team off track.
