There are many places to work, but I am very fortunate to be a part of this amazing company Integrity Senior Services for over the past 6 years, it is great place to work. I look forward to coming to work everyday because there is purpose in the work I do in HR and what this company stand for. I believe in this company mission and goals. Our licensed counselors provide excellent mental health service to our clients enhancing their well being. The administrative staff which I am privileged to be a part clearly demonstrate professionalism in the work they are doing and it has positive impact on our clients well being. The afternoon meetings are the best, you get to unwind as you talk about your day before you leave, and enjoy great interaction with everyone, but it goes beyond that, it shows that the staff mental health well being is very important to our CEO and this is the best form of destressing, that is enjoyable and fun and enhance work life balance. Indeed when life changes Integrity Senior services can help.

Working for Integrity Senior Services for over 5 years as a clinical supervisor was one of most rewarding and meaningful positions I have held in my over 25 years in the field of mental health. From the supportive and professional office staff, to the top administrators, there was always someone available for any questions or concerns. As an independent contractor, I was given the independence necessary to fulfill my supervisory role while still having the support needed to do the best job possible. Most importantly, the culture is one of compassion and care for the underserved, which flows directly from the CEO. The Agency is run with a clear priority for the best interests of the clients served. This is a very important factor in any position I have or will hold. The social events brought together a very professional staff in an environment of fun and camaraderie. I was very sad to leave due to personal commitments and would hope one day to return to this wonderful Agency.

After COVID the position was 100% virtual, which has its pros and cons.
