      Pros

      Great management, easy to get in touch with. Whole office is super friendly. One of the few home health agencies that are not cutting corners. Short/nonexistent interview: if you’re a nurse you’re automatically hired. Super flexible, you can basically pick and choose your schedule based on what shifts are available

      Cons

      Pay is really bad. Most cases are $16.50/hr. A few cases pay hirer at $19.00/hr

      Pros

      Nice Work life balance especially if you have children since you'll be working school hours

      Cons

      Low Pay Deal with difficult parents who yell at you for calling them at work for their sick child or who try to sue you if you don't call because their child was sick. No benefits
