      Pros

      Some great people work there. Lots of corporate events. Tuition reimbursement/schedule flexibility. A lot of upward mobility for high performers.

      Cons

      Benefits/raises get steadily cut every year for non-sales staff. "Sales is king" mentality. Management makes a lot of arbitrary decisions, doesn't often listen to staff.

      Pros

      The lights were on, horrible energy though.

      Cons

      The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
