I'm not going to dive into everything, because, honestly Glassdoor is asking me to do this to get on with my application. BUT I will say this. I'm not a negative nancy that's bitter about my experience. I'll just be real. MOST of the negative reviews you see about this company are 100% accurate. It is very much a "Bro" atmosphere. I worked in the Nashville office. Management was non-existent. Meaning our managers worked out of Cincinnati and came down every month or so. Be prepared to kiss their rear ends when they are in the office if you want to make it. The brokers that are making it were handed their accounts from people that were fired/left. Those accounts were not distributed equally. They were given to the people who sucked up to management and were in "the circle" (just like previous reviews mentioned). Goals are a joke, as are plans to help you hit them. I'm moving on, but this wasnt a pleasant stop on my resume. I should have known better based on what I read on Glassdoor before I started. I figured those reviews were from bitter people.... Like most negative reviews on here are. They werent. It's real. If you are a rear-end kissing millennial (no offense to millennials, but most of the reps in the Nashville office are) that can put up with the most absurd ambiguity then take this job. Otherwise, stay away. I look forward to Integrity's response below.
