Don’t do it! - Account Executive Integrity Express Logistics Employee Review

Pros

Relaxed dress code. It’s never boring.

Cons

The ethics in this place are on par with a used car dealership. Management does not care about you unless you are making them money which is tough to do unless you happen to get lucky with the very limited accounts left to call. The environment in the Nashville office is completely toxic and full of bullying if you do not fit into a certain mold. The best place to work surveys are forced down your throat and the only reason they have won those awards are because the few lucky brokers who have “made it” of course love working there because they’re getting special treatment.

Integrity Express Logistics works hard to provide all brokers with an equal opportunity for success. Members of the sales team are made aware of performance expectations and are provided with the coaching and tools to become successful along the way. As we continue to grow exponentially, we continue to make strides in improving across all aspects of our business - including our training programs. Our Human Resources team has an open-door policy and always appreciates any and all feedback. We appreciate your response, and we thank you for taking time to write a review.

Pros

Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

Cons

It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
