Pros

A great place to learn the skills of becoming a freight broker. If you come in with prior experience, you'll succeed a lot faster. Very much a family-like atmosphere. A brand new facility and tons of employee perks. They have a process in place that, if you follow the model, will help you prevail.

Cons

Keep in mind, if you have established customers you'll be kept around a lot longer. It also helps if you know people who work there or are close to someone in management. It's not required, but encouraged to work weekends and late nights. Those who don't are left feeling ostracized by those who have been seeing more success.

Integrity Express Logistics works hard to provide all brokers with an equal opportunity for success. Members of the sales team are made aware of performance expectations and are provided with the coaching and tools to become successful along the way. Sales employees are classified as non-exempt employees and get paid for all overtime hours worked. We work hard each day to live up to our name while utilizing a core set of values which also includes high performance, excellence, sharing ideas and effectiveness. We appreciate your response, and we thank you for taking time to write a review.

Pros

Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

Cons

It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
