      Pros

      Integrify is a place where truly the best idea wins. Regardless of where it came from or who said it, leadership is always looking for ways to improve existing operations, the product/software and especially how customers are supported. Above all, they really value people and it shows in how hard work is rewarded and there's a true work-life balance. From summer hours, to team outings, excellent benefits/PTO and work-from-home options. This is a great place to work with an awesome team!

      Cons

      Mature/independent work environment that may not be ideal for inexperienced personnel that require more attention/handholding and oversight to complete their tasks.

      Pros

      - Career development opportunities - Friendly co-workers - Management that cares about their employees - Good benefits - 100% WFH - Steady growth company-wide Overall I could go on about pros; my experience at Integrify has been nothing but great. Always room for learning/growth opportunities. I can not recommend this company enough.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is this is a 100% remote organization. While I also consider this a pro - not being able to see coworkers more frequently can be a con for people who thrive in an in-person setting.

      Pros

      You are a professional adult and are treated as such. No micromanagement, no reasons to CYA and working with a group of people that love solving challenges to improve our customers business.

      Cons

      It isn't the place for someone that cannot multi-task or wear multiple hats throughout the day.
