      Work from home, the team, and lessons learn were the best thing

      Salary and hikes were average. Workload was a little high and team lead was bossy and fond of giving orders that he never followed.

      Work schedule is flexible. Benefits are available, including vacation. Love the pay structure. Management supportive.

      Communication is not consistent. Need regular meetings with peers.

      Pros

      Working remotely most days is good. There is not more to say that is a pro to the company or position.

      Cons

      Management is shady and does not give credit where credit is due. They would continuously press for results but as business would increase, there is no appreciation for hard work and individual successes.
