- The majority of projects here ARE successful, great feedback, return clientèle... now we just need to have them ALL be successful, project management methodology is there, it just needs to be more consistently applied... and we're getting there. - small team comes with challenges: team members are deeply involved and care for their projets, which sometimes causes stress. INM is doing a lot to improve this: full time HR person, growing the team to allow for variety of projects for each individual - small company, salaries are what they are, definitely not the industry's highest, but acceptable. The good thing is the other advantages you get, I think for a small company go above the basics.

I worked as a freelance recruiter for INM for a little over a year and it was absolutely great. Totally autonomy and mainly worked from home. I didn't have to go into the office unless I was interviewing someone. I enjoyed everyone I came into contact with in the office. The CEO is passionate and resourceful, I enjoyed working with him.

I didn't get much instruction or training on procedures. Once I was hired, I was handed a mandate to fulfil. As a freelancer, I didn't mind it, but I can see how this can be an issue for people.
