Management is constantly searching for a way to solve all of their problems. Unfortunately, they’re unable to see that they are the actual problem. When the company isn’t making money it’s immediately an issue with the employees. When in reality the company doesn’t make money because of the poor management and poor leadership. Decisions are made based on what’s best for the company not what’s best for the employees. You are also constantly asked to give them 60-90 days to ‘turn things around’ and within 60-90 minutes they will show you that they are incapable of change. Due to their constant turnover they’ve recently implemented an agreement for employees to sign saying you won’t work for any of their current or former clients or any other company in their field. The owner preaches on and on about loyalty, integrity, and commitment to the company. This is completely one sided though. They wouldn’t recognize loyalty and integrity if it slapped them in the face. The company is like a ship with holes in it and the leadership is focused on what direction they're sailing in.
