      IPS hired me to work in a new acquisition they made of a company in Edmonton. The company I went to was quite possibly one of the worse managed business I have worked for. Although I didn't work for IPS directly, my view of the company is forever ruined due to this experience. Make sure you know exactly what you want as any deviation will lead to a horrible experience. I'm not going to list all my bad experiences. But in the week I was at this company, everything was taught was considered wrong and I really had no clue what was going on with my position. I quit after exactly 4 days.

      Pros

      Very knowledgeable technicians, everyone gets along. The benefits weren't bad, as well as the pay. Lots of work in house.

      Cons

      Very sneaky management. Will fire you for no reason or cause. Had to make up things to let you go. Believe i was let go because of cost reductions. Company more worried about their margins than the people you make them the money. They expanded to quickly and are firing people for no reason. Bad results.
