Two face and fake, you are told many lies. They claim to be transparent, but safety, transparency, work culture, and compensation are all declining as fast as the corporation can enact it. PTO allotment and given holidays is on a downward trajectory, and flexibility that was once very generous and understanding is turning into an Iron Fist. Although very diverse, the company hires more often based on minority status instead of merit, meaning a women of color (for example) will be hired over a white male in order to meet diversity qoutas.
