Okay but no personal development skills - Software Developer Integrated Application Development Employee Review

This is basically ObjectMastery being renamed (search for "ObjectMastery" on Glassdoor). So, it would be the same, legacy/old/dinosaur technologies and usage of in-house code/framework. The above means that most the employees know/educated/exposed how to code in “Integrated Application Development way”, not the common way in software development way. The above means the employees there will find many difficulties when they want to apply for their next role (sort of a silent and slow career killer).
