While we are disappointed to hear that you did not have the best experience at Integrate, culture is incredibly important to us and we continually aim to improve our employee experiences in thoughtful ways. The onboarding process is meant to be a mix of both in-person sessions and self-paced online videos to accommodate our remote-first, global workforce across multiple time zones. With that said, as a high-growth organization, we also recognize that company cultures are constantly evolving and responding to changing opportunities and demands, which is why we continually solicit feedback across the organization to adjust and refine our working environment and processes.
Additionally, we are committed to putting our customers first, which is reflected in our 82% customer retention rate and 127% Net Dollar Retention rate in 2021. We also have several long-term customers such as Dell, VMWare, Red Hat, Workday, and Citrix, who have all been Integrate customers for over 6 years.
