Pros

My co-workers have been positive.Residents show so much Love.good change is here and for the best.its about making our residents feel comfortable,loved and appreciated.I thank the current ED for the wonderful opportunity

Cons

Only thing i can say is that the guy that was here before me stopped caring somewhere along the way.i mean come on dude,the catwalks were his trash can.this guy was so unorganized,didnt know how to uniform things.dang buddy,you really showed how much dedication you had by how you left the place looking.oh and remember that you knew about the PTAC's on recall because i found the sheet in your old stack of papers in the activities office.shows how much you cared about preventing anything from happening to any of our residents right?i have it all written down.

The business office falls 100% short of competence regarding customer service for its employees, residents and especially its consumers.
