Pros
This is a great place to set up a career. The field of electric motors snd inverters is clearly a good place to be, and there are lots of very good engineers with strong backgrounds to learn from. Everyone is friendly and helpful. People are motivated and proactive. The new site is also a very nice place to work.
Cons
Timelines can be excessively demanding sometimes, and there is no overtime pay. So you are expected to put in extra time for free
