Pros
Incredibly flexible and great work-life balance. Culture and other employees are kind and willing to help you with anything. Depending on the size of your team, the projects are evenly spread so you don't feel overworked. There are also opportunities to advance your career here but it strongly relies on client business and economics. Integer is a good fit if you are a self-starter. They encourage having an entrepreneurial spirit. Also, their diversity, equality, and inclusion efforts also make them great and welcoming for less represented individuals in traditional advertising spaces.
Cons
Pay is low compared to other agencies or similar jobs. I have often looked for other jobs so that I can justify leaving for better pay. I have not been offered a raise since I've been here. Only slight cost of living increases. That is the only downside to Integer in my opinion. Some people say that the only way to get a raise or promoted here is leave and come back. They call them "boomerangers". And that's just not right. How about just pay us well right off the bat so you don't lose your talent to begin with?
