- Far too large an organization to maintain a cohesive company / team culture. Could have been just my experience around the Finance vertical. But if your expecting a place to walk in that feels friendly and you look forward to seeing your team everyday... keep looking.
- Bureaucratic - Depending on if you are in a role with a stated goal to improve the way the company works or not. You will find it incredibly frustrating to get leadership on side with change, especially when so many stakeholders have a veto power or power of the purse.
- Overly convoluted hierarchical org structure. Further to the bureaucracy, you will find its supported by the complex org structures around the company. All information flows / is filtered through each level of management on its way to the top (depending on what you work on). This dilutes key points and urgency of calls to action.
